The Office Manager (OM) is a salaried position that serves as the Pastor's liaison and administrative assistant. The OM works closely with the parish staff and accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial statements, bank reconciliations, payroll and donor records, and child protection compliance. The OM coordinates parish calendars, and facilities use. The OM is responsible for the accuracy of the parish website content and takes the lead in promoting and coordinating events. The OM coordinates contractors and collaborates with staff and volunteers to create a welcoming environment that enhances the parish mission. Strong Microsoft Office and Google suite skills are necessary for the position. Attendance at parish events and weekend availability are occasionally required.
