Calling All Volunteers & Coordinators

Don't miss the Volunteer Fair PLANNING MEETING Wednesday, May 29th at 7:00 PM in the church.                                                                           

At the meeting you will:

• receive a packet of materials for your booth
• have an opportunity to ask questions
• share your ideas
• sign up for booth duty
• get tips for promoting your volunteer ministry and welcoming new people

Then you'll be ready for our Volunteer Fair on June 1st & 2nd. Starting directly after the Vigil Mass and all Sunday Masses, each ministry will have the opportunity to promote their work and invite others to join in the mission.

Two volunteers/coordinators will be at each booth to collect contact information from potential new volunteers.
